Shipping Information & FAQ

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We send all products within two business days of payment receipt. Delivery time will vary depending on which type of shipping you choose and how far away from Austin, Texas you are. During the busy times such as Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas) it may take a little longer to get to your home due to busy traffic in the post office. USPS will be the most common carrier we will use at this time. Shipping outside of the US is currently not available. Please check in the upcoming weeks though since we are trying to set this up.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept any returns within 30 business days of sell date. If any item is damaged, we need to know within 24 hours of receipt in order to file a claim. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs on all non-damaged items being returned. You will receive a full refund for damaged items and a full refund minus shipping charges on any other returns.

SUSTAINABLE JEWELRY POLICY
Keep jewelry out of contact with all liquid to keep finish intact. Tagua, wood and coconut in particular may be affected if it is in constant contact with liquids. Please note that the products are unique and not two slices are exactly the same and imperfections do occur. Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children.

GIFT PURCHASES
If you are purchasing a gift, please email us a note with the address where you would like the gift to be delivered to. We will wrap it up nicely in felt made out of recycled bottles and add the special note you email us.
